Twin Son Denied US Citizenship
February 5, 2018Sperm Donor Denied Parental Rights for Child of Same-Sex Couple
February 20, 2018We are lucky in the United States that people are able to carry out their dreams of creating a family with reproductive technology services. Sadly, in most European countries, surrogacy is forbidden and can often be seen as a modern form of slavery.
In an effort to breakdown these stigmas, Stephanie Caballero, founder of The Surrogacy Law Center, who specializes in family law and assisted reproduction, will be in Europe next month to to inform those interested how the US surrogacy and egg donation processes are legally regulated and how they work.
Stephanie will be in Geneva, Switzerland on March 3-4, Brussels, Belgium on March 5-6 and Milan, Italy on March 8-9 and Rome, Italy on March 9-10. Stephanie will be joined by a local lawyer to discuss the current situation on these issues in each country.
After each meeting, both lawyers will be available to participants for individual and personalized meetings. The meetings are free and aimed at all those interested in really understanding how this practice takes place in the US and how each party involved is protected during the process.
