一月 8, 2018For The Surrogacy Law Center 2017 was a year of moves. The Law firm moved to a new offices in Carlsbad that offers the staff the space they need to help as many clients as possible in a light-filled space.
The Law firm founder, Stephanie Caballero, was featured in both broadcast and print media, she co-chaired the American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys midyear meeting, and her firm expanded and opened The Estate Planning & Legacy Law Center.
“I decided to expand because since I have helped create families, I wanted to help protect them,” Caballero said. “It’s been quite a busy year.”
In celebration of the new law firm, Caballero hosted an Open House where clients, colleagues and friends as well as representatives from the offices of Assemblyman Rocky Chavez and Congressman Darrell Issa were also in attendance.
Caballero also presented at an all-day pre-congress course on Donors, Gestational Carriers and Intended Parents for the American Society of Reproductive Medicine’s 73rd Annual Conference in San Antonia, Texas.
Caballero recently appeared on NBC’s Access Hollywood in a special segment entitled, “Celebrity Surrogacy.” This innovative airing was the perfect opportunity for Caballero to educate viewers about surrogacy agreements while shining a spotlight on the importance of protecting the privacy of high-profile clients and their surrogates.
Caballero was also interviewed for MarketWatch, The Cut, International Business Times, and FOX 5 San Diego News.
“I love that FOX 5 San Diego had me on for National Infertility Awareness Week which is obviously close to my heart,” she said. “And I got to speak about the military. This was great because our wounded veterans finally have IVF coverage.”
Caballero pointed out how the active military already had this coverage. However, wounded veterans injured in the line of duty were not receiving this benefit.
“It means a lot that I got to speak about that especially in San Diego with so many military bases out here,” she said.
As 2017 comes to a close, Caballero looks forward to the new opportunities 2018 will bring along with providing her clients with unwavering personalized-centered care.
